Your Trailer Bar rental covers everything from delivery and setup to training, support, and pickup.
You bring the drinks, garnishes, and mixers that make your event yours.
While we don’t staff the bar, your own bartender or team is welcome.
And if you already have a go‑to bartender or service, even better—we’ll partner with them so they can serve their creations right from our trailer.

The Old Fashioned Trailer Bar lives in New Berlin, WI, but serves anywhere within about an hour’s drive of Milwaukee

If you like what you see and want to proceed, we’ll send over an invoice and contract (Want to change it up? - We’re flexible!)
First 25% and signed contract reserves the date
Remaining 75% is due 30 days before the event
