  • We work together to come up with what you want to serve, then we provide you with an alcohol shopping list so that it’s really easy*

  • We deliver our vintage-inspired trailer bar and provide bartenders*
    (Also provided: mixers, ice, garnishes for cocktails, bar tools, disposable drinkware, alcohol planning service, local travel, and other items outlined in contract.)

    Have a favorite bartender or bartending service already? We can partner with them so they can serve their beverages out of our trailer!

Who What Where?

  • Outdoor (or indoor) weddings, receptions, rehearsal gatherings

  • Workplaces, business parties, customer or vendor appreciation events

  • 20-200 guests, maybe more

  • The Old Fashioned Trailer Bar lives in New Berlin, WI, but serves anywhere within about an hour’s drive of Milwaukee

How It Works

  1. Start by filling out the Get Started form

  2. We’ll send you an Event Questionnaire to get more details

  3. You’ll receive an e-mail with preliminary pricing

  4. If you like what you see and want to proceed, we’ll send over an invoice and contract (Want to change it up? - We’re flexible!)

  5. First 25% and signed contract reserves the date

  6. Remaining 75% is due 30 days before the event

  7. We take care of everything from there

*The OFTB cannot and does not provide or sell alcohol as we do not possess a liquor license.  We also cannot transport alcohol to or from the event, per Wisconsin state law.
